Unlike petroleum-based plastics, acetate is plant-based, created using renewable resources like cotton and wood pulp, making it a semi-synthetic, eco-friendly alternative. Acetate is the industry standard for high-quality, durable, and stylish eyeglasses and sunglasses frames.

Wai-Lā polarised lenses

Our polarised lenses are designed for perfecting and improving vision that protect your eyes from blinding glare; the lens filters out glare and transmits only the light you need thus increasing visual clarity and reducing eye fatigue.

Once your order has been confirmed, we aim to process, pack, and despatch it within 1–2 business days. Please note:

• Business days are Monday to Friday only.

• Orders are not processed or despatched on UK public or bank holidays.

• Orders placed after 2pm on a business day, or at any time on a weekend or public holiday, will begin processing on the next available business day.

Despatch times are targets and not guaranteed. During busy periods such as sales or seasonal peaks, despatch may take slightly longer. We will endeavour to notify you of any significant delays.

• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days

• Express delivery: next business days for orders placed by 2pm

We hope that you are happy with your Wai-Lā purchases. However, if you need to return items we are happy to do so within 14 days of your purchase. 

Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed and with all hygienic labels and paper tags attached

Full refund is processed upon receiving of your returned goods; it can take up to 21 days to process the funds. Refunds are made via the original payment method. In the case of third party payment suppliers such as Klarna and clearpay, please refer to their terms and conditions. 

Presently we don’t do exchanges but you can always process your return and then place another order
