At Wai-Lā, we design swimwear for those who love the water and respect what lies beneath it. Each piece balances style with purpose — crafted from eco-friendly, recycled and regenerated materials that let you look and feel your best, without compromise.
Our story began with a simple belief: that swimwear should be as good for the ocean as it is for the wearer. That belief shapes every collection we create — from high-performance swimsuits to beachwear that moves seamlessly from shore to street.

Wai — water. Lā — sun. Two Hawaiian words that together define who we are.
The nautilus shell at the heart of our identity speaks to the shore we love and the upward spiral we live by: constant growth, constant improvement, constant pursuit of better.
Wai-Lā was founded by two women and two friends who know balance intimately — one a creative soul rooted in visual arts and fashion design, the other a seasoned expert in marketing and customer experience. That balance flows through everything we make. Our performance swimwear and beachwear collections are crafted from recycled, environmentally responsible fabrics — where elegance meets performance, and aesthetics meet utility.
At the core of our brand is a deep commitment to the ocean. We believe water is life and the ocean is our planet's greatest treasure. In fact, Wai-Lā was born not simply as a swimwear brand, but as a vision for something larger — a charitable initiative to support coral reef gardening and marine conservation.
Even at this early stage, we are already mapping partnerships with ocean protection NGOs, and laying the groundwork to establish one of our own.
This belief in stewardship extends beyond the sea. We are committed to human connection and shared purpose — values that guide our choice of suppliers, materials, and the way we do business.
